1. Research Use Only

All products sold by Slate Supply Co are intended exclusively for laboratory research, in-vitro studies, and scientific purposes. They are not intended for human consumption, veterinary use, diagnostic purposes, or any other application beyond qualified scientific research. By purchasing from Slate Supply Co, you represent and warrant that you are a qualified researcher and that all products will be used solely for lawful research purposes.

2. Age Requirement

You must be 21 years of age or older to purchase from Slate Supply Co. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

3. Evidence for Order Claims

For a delivered package involving damage, an incorrect item, or an incorrect quantity, you agree to provide photos or other reasonable evidence. An unboxing video is encouraged but is not mandatory.

An unboxing video is not required for a package that was lost, stolen, or never received. Those claims are reviewed using carrier tracking and other available delivery evidence. Slate Supply Co may request reasonable information needed to document a claim.

4. Payment Terms

Slate Supply Co accepts the payment methods displayed in the current payment instructions. Payment is due at the time of order. Orders are processed only after payment is confirmed. Accepted currency is USD. When submitting payment, use your order number as the memo/note. Slate Supply Co reserves the right to cancel any order at its discretion and resolve payment handling through the original payment path and applicable law.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Slate Supply Co ships within the United States only. Shipping rates are based on total vial count as displayed at checkout. Carrier delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by weather or other factors outside our control. Lost, stolen, unreceived, damaged, and incorrect shipments are handled under the Slate Standard below at no additional charge.

6. Returns and Refunds — The Slate Standard

Because product integrity cannot be verified once a compound leaves our custody, Slate Supply Co does not accept returns of delivered product, and does not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect ordering, or product no longer wanted.

Supported loss, theft, non-delivery, transit damage, wrong-item, and wrong-quantity claims are resolved under the Slate Standard after review of the order record, available carrier evidence, inventory, payment status, and applicable law.

• Damaged in transit — broken, cracked, or compromised vials
• Lost, stolen, or not received
• Wrong item or wrong quantity shipped

Claims involving delivered damage or incorrect contents must be submitted within 72 hours of delivery with your order number and the reasonable evidence described in Section 3. Lost, stolen, or unreceived-package claims should be submitted promptly with the order number and are evaluated using carrier tracking and available delivery evidence. We do not promise a specific remedy until support confirms the resolution.

Slate Supply Co reserves the right to evaluate each claim on its merits and to decline a claim where the evidence does not support it. Full detail is set out in our Refund & Return Policy.

7. Regulatory Compliance

Slate Supply Co products have not been evaluated by the FDA and are not approved for human consumption. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that purchasing and possessing these compounds is legal in your jurisdiction. Slate Supply Co makes no warranties regarding legality in any specific location and bears no liability for regulatory violations by purchasers.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Products are sold "as is" for research purposes. Slate Supply Co makes no representations regarding fitness for any particular purpose beyond the stated research application. COAs are provided for informational purposes and document the sample described in the report. Because current vial labels do not carry supplier lot or batch numbers, published reports are not represented as verification of an individual vial.

9. Limitation of Liability

Slate Supply Co's liability for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question. Slate Supply Co shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. By purchasing, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Slate Supply Co from any claims arising from your use or misuse of products.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Clark County, Nevada.
