You can check the status of any order at /order using the order number or full reference from your confirmation email and the email address used at checkout. You can also open the secure order link in that email.

Order Problems and Cancellation Requests

For damaged or incorrect deliveries, report the issue within 72 hours of delivery with your order number and photos or other reasonable evidence. An unboxing video is optional. For a package not received, include your order number and any available tracking information.

What We Cannot Help With

Slate Supply Co does not provide usage instructions, dosing guidelines, reconstitution protocols, or any advice regarding the application of our products.

Our products are supplied strictly as laboratory reagents for in-vitro research. They are not approved for human or animal consumption, or for any therapeutic or diagnostic use. We are not able to answer questions about administration, reconstitution volumes, protocols, cycles, or expected effects, and we will not do so. Questions about chemical identity, available laboratory documentation, storage, and handling are always welcome.
