Refund & Return Policy

We stand behind every shipment and every order. Coverage for loss, theft, non-delivery, transit damage, incorrect items, and incorrect quantities is included automatically at no additional charge.

• Delivered but damaged or incorrect. Contact us within 72 hours of delivery with your order number and photos or other reasonable evidence. An unboxing video is encouraged but never mandatory.
• Lost, stolen, or not received. Contact us with your order number. We will review carrier tracking and any available delivery evidence. An unboxing video is not required when no package was received.

Supported loss, theft, non-delivery, transit damage, wrong-item, or wrong-quantity claims are resolved under the Slate Standard at no added fulfillment charge where applicable. The final resolution is confirmed by support after reviewing the order record, available carrier evidence, inventory, payment status, and applicable law. We may request reasonable information needed to document the claim with the carrier.

Because research compounds cannot be verified as uncompromised once they leave our custody, Slate Supply Co does not accept returns of delivered product. Storage conditions, temperature exposure, and handling after delivery cannot be confirmed, and a returned vial cannot be resold to another researcher in good conscience.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect ordering, or product no longer wanted. All sales are final except as provided under the Slate Standard above.

Contact info@slatesupplyco.com as soon as you identify a problem. For delivered damage, an incorrect item, or an incorrect quantity, submit the claim within 72 hours of delivery with your order number and photos or other reasonable evidence. An unboxing video is optional.

For a lost, stolen, or unreceived package, include your order number and any information available from the carrier. We will use tracking and delivery evidence appropriate to that claim; no unboxing video is required when the package was not received.

If a claim is supported, the order is resolved under the Slate Standard using the order record, carrier evidence, inventory, payment status, and applicable law. We do not promise a specific remedy until support confirms the resolution.

Cancel requests before carrier dispatch or local delivery/pickup handoff are reviewed under the Slate Standard, the original payment path, and applicable law. Delivered products cannot be returned, and change-of-mind exchanges are not offered, except as required by statutory rights.

To request cancellation, email info@slatesupplyco.com with your order number and the email address used at checkout. Sending a request does not confirm cancellation; support must review the order status and confirm the outcome.

Please contact us first so we can help. Contacting us is not a waiver or prerequisite to any bank, card, or statutory dispute right.

Slate Supply Co reserves the right to evaluate each claim on its merits and to decline a claim where the evidence does not support it.
