1. Information We Collect

Depending on how you use the site, we collect:

2. How We Use Your Information

We use this information to:

We do not sell or rent your personal information. Service providers process information for us as described below. Email-list signup and checkout marketing opt-in are optional and separate from order updates. You can unsubscribe using the link in a marketing email or contact support. We retain opt-out records so that an unsubscribe request is not lost. Order and support emails may still be sent.

3. Data Storage and Security

Order data is stored using Vercel KV (Redis) with encryption at rest.

Payment proof images and PDF files are stored in a private Vercel Blob store. Administrative viewing requires an authenticated session; the storage URLs do not provide public access. Payment notifications link staff to the protected order page rather than directly to the uploaded file. Authorized service providers may process proof contents for automated review as described below. Historical proofs held in our previous public-access store have been migrated and their old public URLs retired. Upload only what is needed to show your payment; full bank statements are neither required nor wanted.

We implement reasonable technical measures to protect your data. However, no internet transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

4. Automated Review of Payment Proofs

When you upload a payment confirmation, we may process the image automatically to read the payment amount, the recipient, the reference number, and the payment date, and to compare those against your order. This exists to speed up review.

The extracted values and the comparison result are stored alongside your order record. Automated processing does not approve or decline any order. A person reviews every payment and makes the decision.

This processing is performed by Anthropic (anthropic.com) acting as a service provider. Their handling of submitted content is governed by their own privacy policy and terms.

5. Data Retention

We retain order records, including payment proof images and any values extracted from them, for a minimum of 3 years for accounting and legal compliance purposes. You may request deletion of your personal data by contacting us, subject to any legal retention requirements.

6. Cookies and Local Storage

Local storage remembers your cart, research-use entry acknowledgment, and checkout contact and address details on your device. Session storage can retain referral codes and unfinished review drafts. Local storage and session storage are distinct from cookies. You can clear them through your browser settings; this may remove saved details and your cart.

When you follow an affiliate link, a first-party referral cookie can remain for up to 60 days to attribute an order to the referring affiliate. Administrator sign-in also uses an authentication cookie. We use Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights to measure page visits, storefront events, and page performance, including referral and campaign interactions.

7. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• ✦Vercel — hosting, KV and Blob storage, Web Analytics, and Speed Insights (vercel.com)
• ✦Resend — order, administrative, and marketing email delivery (resend.com)
• ✦Anthropic — automated reading of uploaded payment proofs (anthropic.com)

Shipping carriers and fulfillment services receive the contact and delivery information needed to deliver orders. The payment service you choose handles payment information under its own terms; we receive the order payment details and proof you provide. Discord processes information when you use that ordering channel. Submitted reviews may be displayed publicly after moderation; do not include private information in review text. We may also disclose information when required by law or to resolve order disputes. Each provider operates under its own applicable privacy policy.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information. To exercise these rights, contact us at info@slatesupplyco.com. We will respond to requests within 30 days.

9. Children's Privacy

Our site is intended for adults 21 years of age and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 21. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, contact us immediately.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated policy on this page with the revised date. Continued use of our site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
